For coordinating the Project, we will have three Transnational project meetings.  

 

The first meeting is at the beginning of the Project. Its main purpose is to ensure the legal framework of the Project, to finish needed arrangements for coordinating the activities. We will use this meeting to communicate a shared view of the project, to ensure understanding of the approved project Time-sheet, to review this, and to clarify next steps involved in producing the deliverables.

The second meeting, at the middle of the lifetime of the Project, It will be an interim evaluation of the stage of the Project. During this meeting we will analyse, calitative and quantitative, different aspects, from different point of views. Based on surveys and direct observations, we will evaluate the feedback of  participants and the impact for stakeholders, we will realise a quality assessments for intellectual outpust, realised already. Also, we will make preparations for activities in the second year, with schedule corrections and arrangements, redistribution of tasks, if will be necessary.

The third meeting will be organised for an evaluation of the project, before the finish of its lifetime. The main purpose is to assure an analysis of the implementation stage of the outputs, to prepare the final report, and to design final arrangements which will assure the sustainability of the Project.
